【摘要】:OnAugust26,1998,theB29Standardcommitteeagreedvialetterballottoconsolidateandrevisethefollowingthreechainstandards:ASMEB29.6,SteelDetachableLinkChains,Attachments,andSprockets;ASMEB29.19,AgriculturalRollerChains,Attachments,andSprockets;andASMEB29.25,OpenBarrelSteelPintle-TypeConveyorChains,Attachments,andSprockets.ThenewStandardwasdesignatedASMEB29.300,andentitledAgricultural,Detachable,andPintleChains,Attachments,andSprockets.The1998revisionsofB29.6,B29.19,andB29.25havebeendesignedtointegratetheagriculturaltypechainsfoundineachofthesethreeStandards.B29.6-SteelDetachableLinkChains,Attachments,andSprocketsThisStandardestablishes,inthemain,onlythosedimensionsthatwillprovideforinterchangeabilityofthechainsinusewithoutrestrictingthechainmanufacturersintheiroveralldesign.The1983revisionincludedthesprocketdimensioncontrollingthesurfacesthatmustproperlyengageorclearthechain.The1994editionupdatedtheStandardtothecurrentANSIstandardsformatandsymbolscoveringchains.Number45andNo.67weredeletedfromtheStandardsincetheyarenolongermanufactured.ThedefinitionofMinimumUltimateTensileStrength(M.U.T.S.)wasalsoupdated.Inthisedition,thesymbolsandsprocketinformationsectionswererevisedtoprovideconsistencythroughouttheconsolidatedB29.300Standard.B29.19-AgriculturalRollerChains,Attachments,andSprocketsTheStandardestablishesessentiallyonlythosedimensionsthatwillprovideforinterchangeabilityofthechainsinusewithoutrestrictingthechainmanufacturersintheiroveralldesigns.TheB29CommitteeagreesthattheCA550andCA620chainsmaybeusedonNo.55andNo.62detachablechainsprockets,respectively;however,thesprocketdataincludedinthisStandardisforsprocketsdesignedspecificallyforCA550andCA620chains.Thedifferenceinsprocketdesignisnecessarybecauseofthedifferenceinrollerdiameters.The1993revisionincludedupdatingtothecurrentANSIstandardsformatandsymbolscoveringchainsandsprockets.MinimumUltimateTensileStrength(M.U.T.S.)wasredefined.The1996revisionchangedthenameoftheStandardfromAandCA550and620RollerChains,Attachments,andSprocketstoAgriculturalRollerChains,Attachments,andSprockets.Also,twonewchainsforbothdriveseries(A555andA557)andconveyorseries(CA555andCA557),aswellasseveralassociatedattachments,wereaddedtotheStandard.Inthisedition,thesprockettoothformwasmodifiedtobeidenticalwiththeformusedintheothertwochains.B29.25-OpenBarrelSteelPintle-TypeConveyorChains,Attachments,andSprocketsTheopenbarrelsteelpintlechainwasoriginallydevelopedin1962fortheagriculturalimplementindustry.TheoriginalsizesweredevelopedtorunonthesamesprocketsastheirdetachablechaincounterpartsofANSIB29.6.Inlateryears,sizesweredevelopedtoaccommodateindustrialapplicationsaswell.Thesteelpintlechainisprimarilyusedasaconveyorchainand,inlimiteduse,asapowertransmissionchain.Typicalconveyorspeedsareunder300ft/min.Consultmanufacturersfordetails.The1994revisionincorporatedarestatementofthedefinitionofMinimumUltimateTensileStrength(M.U.T.S.),andanadditionoffootnotesinTables3and4regardingholesizesincertainattachments.Inthisedition,Tables1and2werecombinedforsimplicity,andthesprockettoothformwasmodifiedtobeidenticalwiththeformusedfortheothertwochains.
