【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesacontrolledlaboratorytestforthedeterminationofquantitativevolumesofemulsifiedasphaltforuseinbillsoflading,invoicing,andapplicationrates.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofdensityofemulsifiedasphaltusedinhighwayconstruction.Thisunitiscomputedbydeterminingthemassofanemulsifiedasphaltcontainedinastandardmeasureofknownvolume.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thistestmethoddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
