【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthequalificationtestingofweldingproceduresforthearcweldingoftubetotube-platejointsinmetallicmaterialsbymanual,partlymechanized,mechanizedorautomaticprocesses.Thisstandardisapartofaseriesofstandards.DetailsofthisseriesaregiveninprENIS015607,AnnexA.Qualificationbytubetotube-platejointtestscanbeusedforalljointseveniftheyarefullyloadedoronlysealweldedasrequiredinapplicationstandards.Insuchcases,oneormorespecialtestpiecesshouldbemadetosimulatetheproductionjointinallessentialfeatures,e.g.dimensions,restraint,heatsinkeffects.Thetestshouldbecarriedoutpriortoandundertheconditionstobeusedinproduction.Thisstandardappliestofusionweldingofmetallicmaterialsfortubetotube-platejointswithgap.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotube-sheetswithforgedendconnectionswithweldedtubes(externaMnterna1borewelds).Forweldingoftubetotube-platejointswithoutgapweldingproceduretestshouldbedefinedinthespecification.Forotherapplicationsand/orrequirementsthestandardcanbeusedifrequiredbythespecification.Repairweldingshouldbeconsideredintheweldingproceduretest.
