【摘要】:1.1FieldofapplicationThisstandardisapplicabletounshieldsedtunnelboringmachines,TBM's,androdlessshaftboringmachines,SBM's,andtheirtowedorattachedback-upequipmentfordrivingtunnelsorshaftsinrockwherethewholeareaisexcavatedinoneormorestepsbymechanicalmeans.Itspecifiesessentialsafetyrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandmaintenanceofsuchmachineswhenusedinnon-explosiveatmospheretogetherwiththemethodsofverification.Thestandardspecifiesmonitoringforhazardousatmosphere.ForTBM'sandSBM'swhicharetobeusedcontinuouslyinexplosiveatmosphere,additionalrelevantstandardsalsoapply.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttounshieldedtunnelboringmachinesandrodlessshaftboringmachinesforrock,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.2DescriptionofthemachinesThegeneralterm"unshieldedtunnelboringmachines"encompassesvariouskindsofmachinesformechanicalexcavationofundergroundopeningssuchastunnelsandinclinedshafts.Thisisdoneinacontinuousprocess,withoutblasting,usingarotatingcutterhead.Dependingonthehardnessofthematerialbeingexcavated,toolsofdifferenttypesareusedtocuttherock.Normally,rollingdiscsareemployedinmediumtoveryhardrock.Alltunnelboringmachines,TBM's,androdlessshaftboringmachines,SBM's,havethetoolsmountedonacutterheadwhichrotatesunderthrustagainsttherock.Thetorquerequiredtorotatethecutterheadisdevelopedbyelectricorhydraulicmotorsandthethrustisnormallydeliveredbyhydraulicallypoweredcylinders.ThetorqueandthrustreactionscreatedbyaTBMorSBMhavetoberesistedbyanchoringthecompletemachineinsidetheboreitselfbymeansofagrippingsystemwhichisresetaftereachboringstrokeandallowsthemachinetobesteeredinthedesireddirection.TBM'snormallyoperateinaneartohorizontaldirectionbutcanalsobeusedtodriveinclinedtunnels.Whentheinclinebecomestoosteep,asecondanchoringsystemwillbeprovidedtopreventthemachinefromslidingdownwhiletheprimarygrippersarereset.InmostcasesTBM'sworkthefullfaceofthetunnel.However,insomecasesthetunnelisdrivenintwoormorephases,bystartingwithapilotholewhichisenlargedinoneormoresteps.Thismethodiscalledreaming.ThemachinesusedareinprinciplethesameasaTBMdrivingthewholetunnelareainonestep.SBM'sresemblecloselyTBM'sbutoperateinverticaldirection.Theshaftisinmanycasessunkinamultistageoperation,thatis(i.e.),firstapilotholeisboredusingaraiseboremachineandthepilotholeisreamedbyusingtheSBM.Normallyforthismethod,theshaftbottomisalreadyundercuttoprovideadequateroomforthemuckanditsremoval.Thefullfaceoftheshaftcanalsobeboredinonestep.Inthiscasethemuckistransportedtothetopoftheshaft.TBM'sandSBM'sintendedforworkinunstablerockareprovidedwithequipmentfortheerectionandhandlingofrockreinforcementand/orlining.ThespecifiedrequirementsofthisstandardconformtotheEuropeanStandardsEN292-1andEN292-2.1.3HazardsThisstandarddealswithallidentifiedsignificanthazardscausedbyTBM'sandSBM's,whentheyareusedundertheconditionsstatedbythemanufacturerintheoperator'shandbook.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisEuropeanStandard.
