【摘要】:1.1Thesetolerancescoverfirst-quality,manufactured,organic-basefilamentsingleyarns(namely,bright,semi-dull,dull,solution-dyed,bleached,unbleached,etc.)regardlessofthepackagetype.Thesetolerancescoverpermissiblevariationsinlineardensity,tenacity,elongation,twist,andcommercialweight.1.1.1Thesetolerancesdonotapplytorubberyarns,spandexyarns,metal-coveredyarns,nortobulkyarnssincetestmethodsforthesetypesofyarnarenotavailable.Thesetolerancesdonotapplytoindustrialfilamentyarns.Note1TolerancesforinorganicglassyarnsaregiveninSpecificationsandMethodsD578.1.2Thisstandardcoversonlytolerances.Itdoesnotcoverspecificationsorqualitylevels,foryarnstobeusedforanypurpose.Specificationsforspecificpropertiesaresubjecttoagreementbythepurchaserandthesupplier.Note2Whilethetolerancesspecifiedmaybeappliedtoyarntakenfromfabric,thepropertiesofsuchyarnswilllikelydifferfromtheoriginallevel.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
