【摘要】:ThispartofEN1915appliestoGSEwhenusedincivilairtransportasintendedbythemanufacturerandcontainssafetyrequirementsrelatingtotheequipmentingeneral.ThispartofEN1915dealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringoperationandmaintenanceofGSEasintendedbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.ThispartofEN1915shouldbeusedtogetherwiththespecificstandardoftheEN12312seriesforthespecifictypeofGSE(seealsoForeword).ThispartofEN1915doesnotapplytounmodifiedautomotivepartswhenusedonGSEforthepurposeforwhichtheyaredesigned.ThispartofEN1915doesnotestablishadditionalrequirementsforthefollowing:-operationelsewherethaninanairportenvironment;-operationinsevereconditions,e.g.ambienttemperaturebelow-20℃orover50℃,tropicalorsaturatedsaltyatmosphericenvironment,strongmagneticorradiationfield;-operationsubjecttospecialrules,e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmosphereexceptasregardsoperationinthevicinityofanaircraftfueltankduringfuellingoperation;-hazardscausedbypowersupplyotherthanfromelectricalnetworks;-hazardsoccuringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioninganddecommissioningoftheGSE;-hazardscausedbywindvelocityinexcessofthefiguresgiveninthisEuropeanStandard;-directcontactwithfoodstuffs;-earthquake,flood,landslide,lightningandmoregenerallyanynaturalcatastrophe;-electromagneticcompatibility(EMC);-cablelessremotecontrol;-hazardscausedbynoiseandvibration;-hazardscausedbyerrorsinthesoftware.ThispartofEN1915isnotapplicabletoGSEwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
