【摘要】:1Thisstandardcontainstherequirementsforthedesignandinstallationofglasspressesincludingequipmentforfeedingofportionsofmoltenglasstothemould,loadingequipmentandequipmentfordischargingarticles(take-out)whentheseareintegralpartsofthepresses.2Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoglasspresseswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazards.3Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithformingmachinesforhollowglasswherethepressoperationisonlyapartofthehot-formingprocess,suchasthepress/blowprocessofISmachines(seeprEN13042-3).4Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithgobfeeders(seeprEN13042-1)andhandlingmachinesforfeeding(seeprEN13042-2)whichareself-standingmachinesanddealtwithinotherstandardsoftheseriesregardingmachineryusedintheproductionofhollowglass.5ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletopresseswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.6Thisstandarddealsonlywithhazardsarisingfromtheapplicationofcomponentswhichmaybeusedinglasspresses,suchasmotorsandcontinuoushandlingequipment.Moreparticularsafetyrequirementsaredealtwithwithinstandardsmorespecifictothatcomponent,includingnoise.7Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithequipmentforcoolingandwasteejectionwithairorheatingfromanoutsidesystem.
