【摘要】:Thisguideisnotintendedtomeasuretheprecisetemperaturerangefordispensingandcuringproductunderallthepossiblesubstrateandenvironmentalfactorsbuttoprovideabasisforbenchmarkingafoamsealantproductunderspecificlaboratoryconditions.Theproductuserisencouragedtoevaluateeachapplicationanddeterminesuitabilityforactualuse.1.1Thisguidecoversthegeneraleffectsoftemperatureduringtheusetemperaturesforaerosolfoamsealant(eitherpolyurethaneorlatextypes).1.2Theguideisintendedtoestimatetheobservedproductdispensingcharacterandfoamqualityofaerosolfoamdispensedorcured,orboth,atspecifictemperatures.1.3Suchfoamsealantsareusedforavarietyofenduseapplicationsprimarilyintendedtoreduceairmovementinbuildingenclosures.1.4Currentlytwomainfoamsealanttypesareapplicabletothisstandard,singlecomponentpolyurethaneandlatextypes.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Therearenootherknowntestmethodsspecificformeasuringtheproducttemperaturerangeforaerosolfoamsealant.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
