【摘要】:ThispartofISO5667givesguidanceonthesamplingofsludgesfromwastewatertreatmentworks,watertreatmentworksandindustrialprocesses.Itisapplicabletoalltypesofsludgearisingfromtheseworksandalsotosludgesofsimilarcharacteristics,forexampleseptictanksludges.Guidanceisalsogivenonthedesignofsamplingprogrammesandtechniquesforthecollectionofsamples.ThispartofISO5667isapplicabletosamplingmotivatedbydifferentobjectives,someofwhichareto:—providedatafortheoperationofactivatedsludgeplants;—providedatafortheoperationofsludgetreatmentfacilities;—determinetheconcentrationofpollutantsinwastewatersludgesfordisposaltolandfill;—testwhetherprescribedsubstancelimitsarecontravenedwhensludgeisusedinagriculture;—provideinformationonprocesscontrolinpotableandwastewatertreatment,including:a)additionorwithdrawalofsolids;b)additionorwithdrawalofliquid;—provideinformationforlegallyenforceableaspectsofthedisposalofsewageandwaterworks'sludges;—facilitatespecialinvestigationsintotheperformanceofnewequipmentandprocesses;—optimizecosts;forexampleforthetransportofsludgesfortreatmentand/ordisposal.NOTEWhendesigningasludgesamplingprogramme,itisessentialthattheobjectivesofthestudybekeptinmind,sothattheinformationgainedcorrespondstothatrequired.Inaddition,thedatashouldnotbedistortedbytheuseofinappropriatetechniques,suchasinadequatestoragetemperaturesorthesamplingofunrepresentativepartsofatreatmentplant.
