【摘要】:Differentialscanningcalorimetryanddifferentialthermalanalysisprovidearapidmethodfordeterminingthefusionandcrystallizationtemperaturesofcrystallinematerials.Thistestisusefulforqualitycontrol,specificationacceptance,andresearch.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofmelting(andcrystallization)temperaturesofpurematerialsbydifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)anddifferentialthermalanalysis(DTA).1.2Thistestmethodisgenerallyapplicabletothermallystablematerialswithwell-definedmeltingtemperatures.1.3Thenormaloperatingrangeisfrom120to600CforDSCand25to1500CforDTA.Thetemperaturerangecanbeextendeddependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.4Computerorelectronicbasedinstruments,techniques,ordatatreatmentequivalenttothoseinthistestmethodmaybeused.1.5SIunitsarethestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
