【摘要】:Frictionliningsarecompositematerialswithcomplexstructure.Duetotheircompositionandtheirproductionprocess,visualappearancecharacteristicscanoccurwhichinapreciselydefineddesignaretoberegardedasspecifictotheproduct.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesvisualaspectfortheidentificationandassessmentofsuchproductcharacteristicsinqualityassurance,aswellasabasisforcommercialandtechnicalagreements.Thesequenceoftheproductcharacteristicsrepresentsnoorderofpriority.Thebrakeliningsareinspectedinthe“assupplied”condition,meaningunused.Insomecharacteristicfeatures,therearedifferencesbetweenbrakeliningswithaneffectiveliningpadsurface<120cm2andW120cm2.TheacceptancecriteriawithintheInternationalStandarddonotallowanycharacteristicswhichcouldimpairthefunctionandperformanceofbrakeliningsandareappliedunlessthereareotheragreementsbetweenthecustomerandthesupplier.
