【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodetermineoneofthechemicalpropertiesoftanneryliquorswhicharerelevantforthevegetabletanningprocessandinfluencetheastringencyofvegetabletanningliquors.Theastringencyofliquorsisdependentuponthesolidsandtannincontentandtheacidity.Thistestmethodprovidesastandardprocedurefordeterminingthetotalacidityforanysampleofvegetabletanningliquor.Thespecimensarealiquotsfromtheanalyticalsolutionpreparedfromthesampleoftanneryliquorcollectedforthispurpose.Thetotalacidityoftheliquorsampleisdeterminedbyoneoftwotitrametricproceduresdescribedinthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingtheacidityoftanneryliquorsmadeupfromvegetabletanningmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThesetestmethodsareintendedfordeterminingtheacidnumberofnavalstoreproductsasdefinedinTerminologyD804includingtalloilproducts,woodandgumrosin,andotherrelatedmaterials.Thesetestmethodsmaynotbeapplicabletoallmodifiedrosinproducts.Twotestmethodsarecovered,asfollows:Potentiometricmethod(referee),andInternalindicatormethod(alternate).Thepotentiometricmethodissuitableforusewithbothlight-anddark-coloredproducts.Itshouldbeconsideredtherefereemethod.Theinternalindicatormethodissuitableforuseonlywithlight-andmedium-coloredproductswithaGardnercoloroflessthan12.Itshouldbeconsideredthealternatemethod.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
